Stirling Hedderich is Vice President of Operations at Endeavor. Previously, he was Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 7 years on the firm's equity desk, helping bring hundreds of companies to the public markets. Stirling graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S.B.A in Finance and a minor in Political Science. Stirling was born and raised in Nebraska and now lives in San Francisco.

Richard Carney has more than 25 years of experience connecting buyers and sellers through technology and process innovation. His company, MightyRep, helps distributors and manufacturers find active buyers and transact orders electronically. Before launching MightyRep, Richard built and successfully exited a leading procurement-to-payment solutions provider transacting $4.5B annually. Earlier in his career, he held procurement and logistics technology roles at Verizon and HawaiianTel. Based in Austin, TX, Richard is passionate about advancing AI’s role in B2B e-commerce and can often be found flying planes or restoring classic cars in his free time.

Ian Heller joined Grainger as a part-time truck unloader in college and left fifteen years later as the VP Marketing. Since then, he's held senior executive positions at four other publicly-held firms, consulted with dozens of distributors, and continues to write and speak extensively on how AI, strategy, channel evolution and other major trends affect the industry. Ian holds a B.A. in History from Roosevelt University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
