Grainger Inc., holding several leadership positions including vice president of business development, regional branch service vice president, and president and general manager for Grainger FindMRO. He is a growth architect with a record of starting and scaling up businesses throughout his career. He has successfully launched service offerings and strategic partnerships in facilities, safety, industrial hygiene, technical repair, energy and lighting.

Eric Wessinger is the President & CEO of Richards Supply Company. Richards is the leading independent distributor of industrial and contractor supplies in Central and North Texas.   Founded in Waco, TX in 1937, Richards has additional branches in Fort Worth and Temple. Eric is a second-generation leader, taking over the CEO role from his father, Steve, in 2019. Eric received his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Arizona and his MBA from Arizona State University. Before joining Richards in 2009, Eric spent 10 years in professional recruiting in Phoenix, AZ. Eric currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Industrial & Safety Division of Affiliated Distributors. When not working, Eric likes to get outside for hiking, live music, and the occasional white water rafting trip.  He lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife Lauren and their two children Carson (17) and Sloane (14).
